"Practice makes man perfect" True enough, but we only practice the act in which we want ourself to be prefect. Recently, I read an article which stated ways to reduce stress. It combined six to seven ways, hardly helpful for anyone. Problem with the present population is they seek for solution rather than spending their precious thinking quotient over the factors resulting in stress. Saying seems easy. After little observation and complete practical approach, I came to know that fear is the backbone of stress. If you overcome the fear, you overcome stress. Fear is not always bad. Fear work in positive way too. But stress can perish our mental creativity. We never practice the work which is unknown to us, we want to be perfect in our known zones. We fear entering unknown zone and when this fear increase it lead to stress. Initiation is so important, once you begin well its already half done.
