Illusion
An illusion is a distortion of the senses, revealing how the brain normally organizes and interprets sensory stimulation, said Wikipedia. It is probably deception. Deceiving mind and our senses is illusion. When I tried to find the synonyms of the word illusion, surprisingly it said pretty woman. Obviously one who can understand a pretty woman can master the illusion too. Although there are basically three varieties of illusion, optical (visual) auditory (audio) and tactile (touch), but we face more of them. Living real versus pretending to be real, is also an illusion. How many of us see mirror? Yes, you see it regularly, this is an illusion. Finding yourself in mirror is as good as finding god in rocks. That one silent "no" your subconscious whispers when someone ask for help is an illusion.
