The MiSstress

"Practice makes man perfect"
True enough, but we only practice the act in which we want ourself to be prefect. Recently, I read an article which stated ways to reduce stress. It combined six to seven ways, hardly helpful for anyone.
Problem with the present population is they seek for solution rather than spending their precious thinking quotient over the factors resulting in stress.
Saying seems easy. After little observation and complete practical approach, I came to know that fear is the backbone of stress. If you overcome the fear, you overcome stress.
Fear is not always bad. Fear work in positive way too. But stress can perish our mental creativity.
We never practice the work which is unknown to us, we want to be perfect in our known zones. We fear entering unknown zone and when this fear increase it lead to stress.
Initiation is so important, once you begin well its already half done.
We Indian always believe that if you do any new task aptly, which is a part of unknown zone than it is nothing but your luck. It's not connected with your skillful execution. A demotivating fact for us.
However, I have number of incident when I felt and lived stress. This time I took a paper and start drawing the scenery I usually use to draw when iwas eight.
The same mountains, same river, same birds and fishes, those improper clouds, the same checked roof house and a tomato tree.I loved drawing.
The best thing about present is I am not a painter. I can make worst drawing. When you are surrounded with stress, do what you hate the most or things you are completely unskilled at. A very bad dancer should dance, a bad singer should sing awfully, a bad artist should draw, even if tomato trees doesn't exist.
Instead of finding the solution on social networking sites find the reasons for stress and it's remedy within.
